Return and Exchange Policy 1- The product can be returned within three days (on the condition that the product is not opened or used due to its sensitivity) or replaced within seven days from the date of purchase (on the condition that the product is not opened or used due to its sensitivity), and to protect public health as per the Ministry of Commerce regulations. The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs if the product is exchanged or returned. 2- If there is a defect in the product or a manufacturing flaw, the store will replace it for the customer if proven within no more than seven days from the date the product arrives to the customer. 3- Samples are not returned or exchanged to preserve public health (noting that samples are taken from the original perfume immediately after request). 4- Perfume division samples (25ml sample) are not returned or exchanged to preserve public health unless a defect or flaw is found in the sample or in the division bottle, and this must be within seven days from the date the product arrives to the customer. (Division perfumes are 25ml samples taken from the original perfume and placed in a store-specific bottle). 5- The Tastar is an original perfume produced by the company, and the difference is that it comes in an open box without packaging, some without a box, and others even without a cap, and they are considered as goods for exchange and return. 6- The store guarantees all its goods to be 100% original from an authorized and trusted agent. 7- Delivery time within Riyadh is from 24 hours to 72 hours.
